At Mextie, in addition to serving customers directly for their uniform orders through our exclusive distributors, we can also produce your brand.
We handle contract manufacturing projects exclusively and discreetly. We've created brands you can't even imagine. Our specialty is making exclusive brands, with complete confidentiality throughout the process .
To do this, we will need to ask you the production volume you require per garment.
We do projects big and small.
Review the complexity of the garment you need made; remember that our specialty is the executive suit, although we can make any garment, but some will take us longer to process the first sample than others.
We will require a letter of authorization for use of the brand and a technical data sheet of preference, unless you want to use some of our available base models.
We only work with finished products, meaning the only thing you can give us to process your project is your brand label .
If you don't have brand labels, we can also process them, as well as simple or primary garment packaging, such as dust covers and garment bags.
With us you can manufacture all the garments found in our basic catalog: suits, jackets, ties, scarves and much more.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS?
We'll schedule an appointment to assess the size of the project, the feasibility of working on it, and to provide a quote.
We'll give you a quote and make a timeline proposal.
Signing of a confidentiality agreement (NDA) and letter of acceptance of terms and conditions.
Prototype: An initial prototype is usually made in approximately 35 days for validation; this will have a higher cost than the final production, since different tests and designs may have to be done.
After approval and indication of volume by size, production begins.
Production will depend on the production load at that time; the normal time for projects that are not our brand is 45 to 60 days.
